Built Around You. Not a Checklist.

Every group follows a 6-week rotating topic cycle — so whenever you enter treatment, you step into a therapeutically cohesive sequence, not a random rotation. Progress compounds.

What Happens in Group

Each group is clinician-led and grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practice. These are the core groups you'll experience in your program — each one designed with a clear therapeutic purpose.

Daily Anchor

Therapeutic Support Group

Your daily anchor. A structured space to process what's happening in real time — challenges, breakthroughs, and the friction of daily life in recovery. Peer support and clinician guidance combined into one session that holds the week together.

Foundation

Stabilization & Safety

Recovery starts with your nervous system. This group teaches you to recognize how stress lives in the body, why your reactions make sense, and how to build a foundation of safety from the inside out — before anything else is possible.

Trauma Education

Trauma Response & Emotional Regulation

Your reactions aren't character flaws — they're learned survival responses. This group helps you understand fight, flight, and freeze patterns and build a personal toolkit for emotional regulation that works in real life.

Identity

Identity & Life Transition

Who are you outside of your old roles, habits, and environments? This group supports the disorienting but essential work of rebuilding a sense of self rooted in values and purpose — not just in what you used to do.

Relationships

Relationships & Emotional Regulation

Connection feels risky because, at one time, it was. This group explores trust, communication, and conflict — helping you understand relational patterns shaped by your history and develop healthier ways of engaging with the people in your life.

Daily Functioning

Life, Work & Structure

You don't need intensity — you need sustainability. This group addresses the practical side of recovery: building routines, managing burnout, adapting to everyday timelines, and leading yourself without the external pressure you may have relied on before.

Long-Term Recovery

Relapse Prevention & Resilience

Early awareness prevents crisis. Participants learn to recognize the gradual drift that precedes relapse — emotional, behavioral, and relational — and build proactive systems that protect long-term stability before problems escalate.

Neuroscience

Brain & Recovery Education

Understanding what addiction and trauma do to the brain changes how people relate to their own recovery. This psychoeducation group demystifies the science — and turns that insight into motivation that lasts.

Purpose & Direction

Values, Meaning & Purpose

People heal faster when life has direction. This group helps participants reconnect with what matters — values, contribution, relationships, and purpose — and use those anchors to stay grounded when recovery gets hard.

Therapies & Clinical Modalities

Every evidence-based tool we use is delivered by licensed clinicians who understand trauma, addiction, and the complexity of adult life in recovery.

🧠

Individual Therapy (CBT / DBT)

One-on-one sessions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to address thought patterns, emotional regulation, and personalized recovery skills.

👁️

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing — a proven, structured approach for processing traumatic memories that often underlie substance use disorders.

👥

Group Therapy

Structured therapeutic peer groups that build connection, accountability, and the lived understanding that you are not alone in this — often the most transformative part of the program.

📚

Psychoeducation

Understanding the brain science of addiction, the role of trauma, and the skills you need for lasting recovery — so you know why things work, not just what to do.

🌲

Experiential & Outdoor Therapy

Healing through movement, nature, creative expression, and action in the Texas Hill Country. Recovery is more than sitting in chairs — your body and environment are part of the treatment.

📋

Relapse Prevention & Aftercare Planning

Every client builds a concrete relapse prevention plan and aftercare roadmap — so you leave treatment with a clear path forward, not just a discharge summary.
